My time in the FLP has taught me about different segments of finance, exposed me to a variety of management styles, provided training on bank-specific products and given me opportunities not typically available to recent graduates. I will be able to take lessons from each of my rotations and apply them throughout my career."

FLP Graduates"The Finance Leadership Program fosters strategic thinking and leadership development in a value-focused company culture. I have found that this culture, coupled with first-class managers, provides a great foundation for learning core business and industry competencies.

I have also been the analyst and trader for a CMBS re-insurance portfolio. All told, I have learned a great deal about the mortgage industry through these experiences; the FLP has been an invaluable opportunity."
