PACE Management Trainee Program
Join our Premier Achievement for Career Employee (PACE) management trainee program. This program boasts a remarkable success rate!  The PACE trainee job was named the best entry-level job by the 2004 Princeton Review, and more than 90 percent of PACE graduates go on to become Financial Center Managers or Assistant Managers.

Over the course of 12 months, you'll learn financial center operations, consumer and residential lending, advanced sales, business development, technical and management techniques and WaMu's unique service philosophy. The PACE curriculum incorporates hands-on experience in the financial center environment with classroom learning. At the end of the program, you'll have the skills it takes to be considered for an Assistant Financial Center Manager position.

Do you have what we are looking for? All it takes is:

• Two to three years of retail and sales experience
• Proven leadership experience
• Previous experience in finance/banking preferred
• Availability to work flexible hours
• Willingness to relocate, if necessary, after successful program completion
