You can stop receiving paper copies of your canceled checks by electing to use Check Safekeeping or by choosing to stop receiving your paper statements in the mail.
To stop receiving paper statement: Enroll in on our online banking service at wamu.com, then under the Account Menu click the Statement Delivery Options and select "Online Only."
You can also use our online service to sign up for Check Safekeeping with paper statements, for accounts having this option: under the Account Menu click the Statement Delivery Options and select "No" under "return my cancelled checks."
When you sign up for our online banking service, whether or not you use our electronic statement service, you can view images of your canceled checks online for 90 days. And for checks that are older than 90 days, you can order copies to be mailed to you.
