I cannot remember my logon information. What do I do?

If you have forgotten your user name, please contact customer service at (800) 788-7000. If you know your user name and have forgotten your password, click Forgot your password on the wamu.com home page (or on the Log In page) and follow the instructions to receive a temporary password.
