To request a payoff quote, call us toll-free at 888.800.8738. We're here for you Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. PT.
Once you've requested a payoff quote, you can visit a Washington Mutual Financial Center, mail the payoff funds to us, or submit a wire transfer using ABA 3250-7076-0. Please note: Wire transfers must include the loan number and borrower name(s). To close a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) account and release the Security Instrument, we will need written authorization signed by the borrower.
