What is the cutoff time for making payments using Bill Pay Service?

You can schedule payments to be made any time up until our cutoff time, which is currently 4 p.m. Pacific Time, on any Initiation Day. Any payments scheduled after the cutoff time will be initiated on the next Initiation Day. Our cutoff time may change without notice; please see the Terms and Conditions for additional information on cutoff times and Initiation Days.
