How much can be invested in a Coverdell Education Savings Account?

The Coverdell Education Savings Account (CESA) will allow contributions up to $2,000 in after-tax dollars annually for an individual beneficiary (depending on income). You can start saving with an initial investment of just $100 in a Retirement CD or a Retirement Money Market Deposit Account.
