Simply designate the amount you would like drafted each month for additional principal online.
This amount will remain the same until we receive your request for change in writing. For change requests that you mail to us, please allow 10 Business Days from the receipt of your request for the change to become effective.
If you are already enrolled in the Auto Pay program, you can also make changes online by following these steps:
1. GO TO: "Your Accounts"
2. SELECT: "Setup and manage Auto Pay" for your loan
3. SELECT: "Change my Auto Pay Authorization" click "NEXT"
4. ENTER: The new "Additional Principal Payment" and click "NEXT"
5. VERIFY: Your changes and click "SAVE CHANGES" to complete the request.
