What happens with my FHA Insurance? 

You may be entitled to a refund for unearned mortgage insurance premiums if you had an FHA loan and a one-time premium was paid at the inception of your loan. We will notify HUD (The Department of Housing and Urban Development) of the payoff of your mortgage. If you are eligible for a refund, HUD will be sending you a claim form to complete.
