What do I do if my property loss is less than $10,000?

If your insurance company issues a check of $9,999.99 or less, you may mail the check to us for endorsement.* WaMu's Property Loss Department will endorse the check and mail it back to you. Send your insurance loss-draft (check) to:

* Customers in bankruptcy or foreclosure, or whose mortgage payment has not been received before the expiration of the grace period should call us at (866) WAMU-YES ((866) 926-8937) for instructions. Customers with property damage due to mold should call Washington Mutual for special instructions.
